You are entitled to cancel any contract completed with DSC Nutrition from 7 days after reciept of the goods or services ('Cooling off period').
If you decide to cancel a contract in the cooling off period:
You must notify us by Contacting us on email at email@example.com or by phone on 02392 176446. We will then provide you with address details for returning the goods or services. Returns must be paid by the customer (you) using a tracked service.
Ensure goods or services and invoices are kept in the same condition as when received until they are returned to us.
DSC Nutrition will refund any monies you have paid to us within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation notice.
If you return any goods for other reasons (e.g. Damaged/faulty goods), DSC Nutrition will examine the goods and depending on extent we find the goods to be defective we will repair, replace or refund you the price you paid for the defective goods plus tracked postage. Please follow our Returns Policy and contact us as soon as you receive your goods. If DSC Nutrition finds that a returned item is not defective, then DSC Nutrition will not be liable for tracked postage costs.
This does not affect your Statutory rights as a consumer.
